I think that I’m beginning to feel better today! I feel like the fog has cleared, which is timely with the smoke clearing out of the air for the first time in weeks! We could actually see the sun and the clouds; it felt like summer again. *satisfied sigh*

I’ve also been ramping up my language learning today by reading some new materials, upping my daily goals for learning new words, and replacing some apps on my phone with more learning tools. Language has always intrigued me and I used to be decently fluent in French, though that didn’t last long after the immersion program closed in my hometown. In fact, it’s been one of my major goals this year to change that. I want to relearn French, introduce myself to Spanish in a more meaningful way than just watching Dora the Explorer, continue working on ASL, and finally learn to actually speak Klingon instead of just reciting Star Trek quotes. 😜

Anyway, hopefully this upswing actually sticks for a while and I’ll be able to function as a normal human being again. Also yay for a ray of creative inspiration and actual sunlight again!
